A: Beware of forex trading.basically, if there’s a swing in the price, and it’s on the way down, you’ll get a ‘margin call’ to put up more money, if you don’t, they’ll sell your position at a loss, and you will be liable for any deficiency if the price has dropped faster than you could cover. I would imagine that you could get 50% more on margin. Any firm that’s offering 100% more on margin is probably a scam.Trading on Margin is one of the only ways that you can loose more money that you invest!

Q: I have spend hundreds of hours researching managed forex accounts. I believe I have found some of the best ones out there…these are definitely better and more consistent than www.managed-forex-accounts.info -these guys constantly change traders because of losses etc..
Accounts are set up directly with broker and require small initial deposit.
Yes, I will be able to make a small commission if people sign up which I think I deserve with all the time I have spent researching this which is literally 100′s of hours…
What do you recommend I do?

A: This is a tough one. Investors with sizeable accounts do not look at advertisements for managed accounts. Everything is done via word of mouth.
The truly successful money managers do not need to advertise in order to find clients. Once they are generating consistent profits and dependable service they simply receive referral clients. This also acts as a filtering process and you are only dealing with qualified clients that are referred from you existing qualified clients.
I have found that many of the “money managers” that advertise are either just starting out or are bottom feeders. This is my personal opinion based on experiences shared by many of the investors that I work with.
If you were going to attempt such an advertising service I would recommend that you start with Investors Business Daily, Wall Street Journal and the Financial Times.

I have seen people loosing money and lost money (in stocks) myself. SO I am aware of what I am doing and where I put my money. I am not going to put a lot at first. Where I can find others who would be willing to try and do the same?

A: Maybe you should try a product that offers auto trading which piggy backs all the major trading styles in the forex market. This is 90% autotrading, but If you don’t want to trade your self then go with a managed account. The people I talk to lose money with managed accounts.

Q: Considering getting into Forex Trading, but before diving into deep learning and research and practice accounts I wanted to find out how much you can actually lose when trading on margin. When you trade on margin, is your margin the most you can lose or can you actually lose a large % of the trade amount and end up in debt? For example, if I have a $250 margin and with that I control $10,000. If a trade goes really bad does the brokerage house automatically sell my position once I’m at a $250 loss to protect them/me? Or can I lose thousands of dollars and end up owing the broker money?

A: If you are trading in a leveraged forex account, check the fine print in the trading agreement you sign. Some brokers will provide in writing that you are not responsible for a debit balance in which your trade results in a loss greater than what you deposited. In this case your risk is limited to what you deposit. Other brokers will hold you responsible to send additional funds if your trade results in a negative balance.
So yes you can lose the entire balance of your account. This is possible with any broker. But whether you end up owing money beyond what you deposit is dependent on each brokers policies.
So as always, read the fine print!

Forex is an abbreviated name for “foreign exchange.”Here are some of the unique features of Forex trading.

Liquidity: Forex is the most liquid market in the world, thus making it easy to trade most currencies.

Risk management tools: Essential for any successful Forex trading system, these tools include “stop-loss” and “take-profit” orders. A stop-loss order is a market order to close a Forex position if or when losses reach a pre-determined threshold. A take-profit order is a market order to close a Forex position if or when profits reach a pre-determined threshold.

Accessibility: The Forex trading market is open 24 hours a day, 6 days a week. You have non-stop online access to global Forex dealers through your home computer. This enables you to log in to your account and trade anytime, from anywhere.

Zero commission trading: Unlike equities or futures trading, you pay no commissions on the Forex deals that you make.

Low margin requirements: Margin is referred to as the collateral needed to facilitate a deal. In Forex trading, this is usually a very small portion of the entire deal, say 1% or 1:100. For example, if your margin is $100 (1% of the entire Forex deal in this case), you could control $10,000 of currency contracts. However, margin is a “double-edged sword.” Without the proper use of risk management tools (that is, stop-loss and take-profit orders), you can experience substantial losses as well as gains.

Tell you some of the unique features of Forex trading.Into The Forex more easy!Good luck!

Q: Please does any one know a forex trading company that can help me manage(trading) my forex account and we share the profit i have just $500 only to invest.

A: Just a couple of quick questions. Do you have experience trading Forex yourself? Or is this a new venture for you?
It is actually quite easy to get some free Forex trading experience utilizing demo accounta and alot of the free information available online.
What you will find is that the professional Forex managed account specialists will require a larger minimum investment. I am sure that there are other “traders” that would love to get their hands on your money to trade for you but you need to be extremely cautious. It’s easy enough to lose money in the Forex market without having someone else lose it for you. I recommend to all of my clients not to give control of their money to someone else.
My best advice to you is to educate yourself on the Forex market. The place that I recommend that my clients begin is at babypips.com. It’s free info and you will learn quite a bit fairly quickly. Then open a demo account or two at the broker of your choice and trade using “virtual dollars” until you get comfortable enough to invest real money.
Remember. there are conservative ways to participate in the Forex market and there are very risky ways to trade in the Forex market. Be careful and take your time. The market is not going anywhere and with $2 trillion a day being traded there will be plenty available to you when you are ready.

If you have enaugh funds then better open trading account and hire experienced trader.
But most effective way is trade yourself. If you think that you need much time to trade youself then you are wrong. There are several techniques that take 20-30 minutes per day and it is enaugh to catch good income.
