It will be nice to get some info. first from some experts on trading out there, so hopefuly someone can help!. Thanks for your time.

Answer by gary
I see the advertisement all of the time.I have a website dedicated to the forex trader.I guarantee you i am better than they are on making money.Ive traded stocks and commodity futures this is where the rich trade Through 17 yrs of trading you learn its almost like a puzzle when you put it together you start to see a picture. What they are doing is when they see momentum of a currency this is when they are telling you when to get in.All of my customers get in at 2pm pacific after the stock market has closed i use data out of the u.s. and my system will tell me which way overnight the u.s. dollar will go im %80 maybe a little higher when i first developed it i started small i turned $ 500 into over $ 3000 in a couple of weeks.I know exactly where to put in my stops to limit our losses. My site is fairly new so to add to my business i offered for free my predictions so people could follow if they invested $ 500 a week later they had $ 1150 it could have been more but i use a point system and was within 5 pts which is very close from going the opposite way which is rare.We are short or think the gbp/usd will go down overnight you can monitor us.For that $ 3,000 your thinking about that system its possible you may have $ 15,000 to $ 20,000 in a month or less with us.If you dont know how to trade your not going to get any better than me.I thank god for the knowledge and dedication he gave me believe me you see these young guys like premiere trade i watch it often just because its interesting because im a trader but their too young to know anything it takes years to develop and not just a few hours here and there to it.Any questions garyfortune500@yahoo.com or go to my site www.moneyinthebank. after moneyinthebank. add instantecom.net the computer wont allow me to put in the whole webaddress.good luck

Question by Nelson: Is it possible to make more money in forex by using price action rather than forex indicators?
I really need to know which is the best way in which i can use in trading forex. If the answer is price action being the best way to trade forex and make more money, then how do i get a good teacher to teach me on this freely without paying any money

Best answer:

Answer by Kaza
The principles of trading forex using technical analysis is exactly the same as any other market. that is one of the main advantages of using technical analysis as the principles are easily transferable to any markets charts.

Price action is always the most important factor to an technical analyst but there are many other things to consider as a means of narrowing down the odds of a profitable trade.

Try a free trading course to get a good intro to technical analysis but it is worth getting a copy of Murphys Technical Analysis of the Financial Markets as that will give you a great start covering the main topics.

Can you make consecutive long forex trades as long as the price keeps going up? What are the pros and cons? Is it better to trade long then short etc?

Best answer:

Answer by Chai
Forex is leveraged and keep a constant buy may eventually over-leveraged your account. Trading must start with a trading plan, there’s no simple answer to your question. You have to know that everything you do must first fall into your plan, try it on demo account over a term of at least 3 months, if that works for you then you can do it live. Remember not to decide something when you already have order in live market, that will make you panic when the market goes against you.

Question by Introfeel: Can you trade long consecutively as long as the price keeps going up? Forex?
Can you make consecutive long forex trades as long as the price keeps going up? What are the pros and cons? Is it better to trade long then short etc?

Best answer:

Answer by JoeyV
In almost any market, you can keep trading and trading until your broker tells you you don’t have enough margin in your account.

Going long and going short in FX are symmetric (unlike with stocks). Thus, if you go long pounds you are short dollars and vice versa. There are gajillions of issues but two overall principles:
a) Long very high yielding currencies gives you asymmetric returns – you will make money right up until you are busted.
b) Short very low yielding currencies is a “carry trade” and carry trades work more often than they don’t. This is because you gain economic rent from moving low-yielding currencies from places where demand for money is low to places where demand for money is high.

You should stay away from this until you can argue about the above two points for an hour on either side.

Good luck!

Since currency and commodity is traded by banks/traders etc all over the world, how is the final price daily determined? E.g Is the quoted price for oil the same in US and Middle East? Whose quotes do traders follow? What prevents this from arbitrage? What prevents huge fluctuations in moment to moment trading? If currency rates differ from banks to banks, is it possible to profit by arbitrage?

Hi,

Im looking for a service that will send me alert via email or SMS to my cell phone, when price of a forex pair touch/near a certain indicator such as Moving average.

I want it to do it without using my computer.

Anyone has idea which site has this function?

Thanks.
Thanks for info, everybody.

Yes, MT4 has this function with EA. However I want to run it without turn on my computer. Unless I want to host at a host, but then I would just put it at my computer for this purpose.

and is it all that easy ,as it is shown in the websites???????atleast for somebody who is a fresher?

Best answer:

Answer by Bryan S
I really would not trust any of the commodity/currency trading programs that you see on t.v. They will all pretty much try and show you the same thing, that you can make easy money by following several technical indicators (simple moving averages, MACD, rsi, bollinger bands, etc…..). In reality, the commodity/currency market is much more complicated than that. Stop and think, if these programs were what they proclaim to be then why would they sell it. They could just make all the money they can with it. I think if you are serious about becoming a trader i would start off at this website
www.elitetrader.com
It is where most of the professional daytraders go to share information.

hope that helps

i think they’re called the market makers

Best answer:

Answer by Mighty
Basically this is how it works, brokers are able to monitor n notice where are all the stops placed, so they can easily place an order against ur stop. Eg, if u place a SELL stop @ 1.3000, they can place a BUY trade @ 1.3000 against you to trigger the trade… hope this answers ur question.

What do you think? Answer below!
